As a result of working in the field with clients for 25 years, I developed these leadership development workshops in response to those areas where I see the most consistent and significant needs for leadership and management development.

In addition to designing the workshops, I personally facilitate them. I've included the costs for the program for your information as well. Leadership Development Workshops

Half and full-day programs move at a clip, while participants receive quick-hit tools in brief lecturettes, supported by a mix of small and large group discussions, case studies, table tip-exchanges, and rotating peer coaching. All are designed to offer participants a variety of opportunities to learn and explore current and/or desired applications of tools and skills as they relate to their own goals, work situations and environments.

Ample time for action planning will wrap up the day, where participants will choose and commit to specific and measurable action plans in one or two key areas where they are motivated to generate a shift. Action plan worksheets can be submitted and used as a basis for internal follow up and reinforcement.

Value Added Services
(included in workshop fees)

• Pre-program interviews (or surveys) with a sampling of participants, will help me best understand their real-life successes, challenges and work environment, in order to facilitate a meaningful and applicable program.
• Content can be aligned with your organization's current leadership competencies, values or performance tools.
• Support conversations with client provided, as needed, including recommendations for pre-program positioning and initial recommendations for internal follow up strategies.
• Participant handout can be provided electronically with permission for copying at no cost. (If handout workbooks are provided, cost will be based on $20 per person).

Customization and flexibility contribute greatly to a successful collaboration. I’ll be sensitive to adjusting our approach, the content and the title of the program, based on what I learn to be the most significant needs, so I appreciate your flexibility and I’ll offer mine.

Individual Coaching/Reinforcement in the Field is Available

Customized, one-on-one coaching for each participant is available beyond the training experience, in their chosen key/development areas. The coaching will be available as face-to-face or phone meetings, or email exchanges, based on need and/or logistics. If this option is chosen, we can talk further about how it might be positioned and scheduled. I generally recommend a timeframe within which the follow-up coaching benefits will be available to each person.


Fees: (Based on a maximum of 25 participants) $3,000 per half-day workshop; $4,500 per full-day workshop—plus overnight accommodations, travel expenses and meals, if applicable. Fees include value-added services (stated above).

Field coaching for participants and/or additional development or consulting will be based on $200 per hour.
