BioIn 1989 I resigned my position as Sales Training Manager for Rochester Telephone Corporation’s northeast sales organizations to establish my own consulting and training business. Prior to 1989 I enjoyed success in sales management and sales and technical training. I began my career as an administrative and executive assistant supporting a variety of positions in sales, executive management and law. Through my business, I've served clients as a group facilitator, leadership advisor, business consultant—and since the mid-1990s as an executive coach—in corporate, manufacturing, small business, financial, not-for-profit, academic, and health care environments. My primary goal is to serve my clients as a catalyst who sparks individual leaders to higher levels of performance through measurable improvement of their leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and coaching skills.
